Access to eMeliá

• I don't know/have a windows user: contact your hotel's human resources staff to provide you with a windows user if you have one.
• I don't know/remember my password: if you have a windows user, contact your hotel's human resources staff to request your password through a Click-On+.
• I can't find my training: your training is available in My Record (Side Menu -> Training -> My Record).

Remember that the Cornerstone Learn APP is also available to you.

• If you have Meliá's e-mail address you only have to enter your e-mail address.
• In case you don't have Meliá's email you must write: solmelia\USUARIODEWINDOWS, for example: solmelia\BNPR003.

Include Indicates user and password. In the user there are two options:
